Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using PortEscort's escort scheduling platform. All users — including visitors, facility staff, and administrators — must comply with this policy.
Permitted Use
PortEscort is intended for scheduling and managing security escorts at MTSA-regulated port facilities. You may use the Service to create an account, verify your identity, schedule visits, manage appointments, and administer facility escort operations.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to facilities or secure areas
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to access another user's account or personal information
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without authorization
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures or identity verification
Security Compliance
When visiting a facility through PortEscort, you must comply with all facility security requirements, follow security escort instructions, and remain in authorized areas. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility and suspension of your PortEscort account.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate violations of this policy and take appropriate action, including warning, suspending, or terminating user accounts. We may also report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required.
